Located in the National Historic District of Ocean Grove, this 1920's craftsman bungalow was sensitively modified to include an addition and extensive alterations.  The first floor was fully reconfigured to improve the functionality of the living spaces.  The second floor was expanded to create a master bedroom suite with a new balcony, which captures the ocean views.  Exterior upgrades were made including period appropriate detailing, new siding, new windows, and a reconstructed front porch.
