Located in the National Historic District of Ocean Grove, this project converted three historic hotel structures into a single, 22 unit luxury condominium building.  Located on the prominent and historic street, Ocean Pathway, the project features views of the Great Auditorium to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.   All units are ADA compliant feature modern amenities, and include exterior porches and balconies, which are in keeping with the spirit of the historic community.
