Located on an approximately 1.7 acre oceanfront lot, the project features two eight-story residential towers connected by an expansive amenity level at grade.  The 47 residential units range in size from approximately 1,500 sq. ft. to approximately 3,400 sq. ft. and feature spacious outdoor terraces, which capture panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Units feature high end finishes including custom cabinetry. Amenities include a sand patio area with an infinity-edge pool, hotel-style guest suites, and direct beach access.
