This custom, single-family residence was designed in a Shingle Style featuring gambrel roofs with dormers, tower elements all clad with a cedar shingle roof and siding combined with a natural stone veneer base. The Ocean Avenue elevation is an asymmetrical composition, with a covered front porch accentuated with an arched entry and an in-set second floor balcony overlooking the ocean. This residence features a grand foyer and an open plan for the great room and kitchen area and six bedrooms.
