Just south of the existing Pier Village in Long Branch, the third phase includes 269 residential units above 56,976 sq. ft. of retail space and a 2-level parking structure. The residential units all feature exterior balconies. Centered between the three buildings is a raised lush landscaped area with a pool over the enclosed parking garage. Amenities of this phase (designed by others) include a 76 room hotel with additional retail and an expanded boardwalk area with a carousel, public restrooms, concessions, shade structures, and a public stage with a water misting feature.
