290 Ocean Avenue is a luxury mid-rise residential building located on the oceanfront in the “Beachfront South” area of Long Branch, New Jersey. The building provides 109 residential units of varying sizes in an 8-story tower situated atop a 3-level automated parking garage. The entire parking garage is hidden behind a landscape berm and appears to be entirely below grade. A swimming pool and other amenities are located on the roof of the parking structure. The building is modern in character featuring floor to ceiling glass to afford the residents exceptional uninterrupted ocean views. The tower block is similar in massing and scale to other newly constructed residential buildings on both immediately adjacent sites and in the general area. The tower is oriented east west to minimize obstruction of views and ocean breezes for neighboring residents.
