Kula Urban Farm

Design of an “urban farm” on a 0.17 acre site in the Springwood Avenue Redevelopment Zone on the west side of Asbury Park.  The farm contains a commercial organic greenhouse that utilizes aeroponic and hydroponic techniques to create a year round growning environment where produce is sold to various local restaurants.  Developed and operated by the not-for-profit organization, Interfaith Neighbors, Kula farm is a social enterprise providing educational programs and fresh free produce to those in need.
