Parkview AP is the recipient of a 2022 Planning Merit Award from the Monmouth County Planning Board.  This mixed-income development project is located on Springwood Avenue in Asbury Park and was completed in collaboration with Interfaith Neighbors.

Demolition is underway for the Vermella in East Brunswick, NJ.  The building, designed by a team including Shore Point Architecture, is the initial phase of redevelopment along Route 18.

Groundbreaking was held this week for Interfaith Neighbors’  Early Childhood  Learning Center at 302 Atkins Ave, one of Shore Point Architecture's latest collaborations with Interfaith Neighbors.

An expansion to Kulla Urban Farm in Asbury Park, NJ has been proposed by Interfaith Neighbors as part of an $18 million capital campaign.

The proposed firehouse in Asbury Park, NJ was again featured in "The Coaster".   The proposed firehouse plans were recently presented to the city. The new building will be on Memorial Drive.

This summer we welcome our newest staff member, Matteo Ferraro. Matteo received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2021.  He joined the firm shortly after graduation. 

We're excited to have you on the team, Matteo!

The New Firehouse in Asbury Park, NJ featured in "The Coaster".   The city's replacement firehouse is planned to be finished later this year with anticipated approval for 2022.  The new building will be upgrading the firehouse facilities on Memorial Drive.

"Rights of Passage" home dedication in Asbury Park, NJ featured in "The Coaster".   Designed by Shore Point Architecture and developed by Interfaith Neighbors in collaboration with Covenant House, will  address  both the short term problem of unstable housing and provide the youth with the training necessary to prepare them for a successful transition to independent living.
