This school was the first New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA) design-build project to be bid utilizing the NJSDA's new kit of parts prototype model.  Complying with SDA prototype standards, the 133,000 sq. ft., 3-story school achieved LEED Silver certification was was designed and constructed in less than 24 months.  Hall Construction was the General Contractor on the design-build team.
