Design of an addition and alterations to an existing commercial retail building in the Historic District of Ocean Grove.  The project consists of structural upgrades, the addition of a new basement below the existing structure, additional retail area, and site upgrades.  New facade features a standing seam copper entry canopy, oversized brackets, and appropriate materials that are in keeping with the historic streetscape.
