Shore Point Architecture, P.A. is providing architectural design services for Wesley Atlantic Village, a mixed-use project consisting of an 80 Room Hotel, 76 condominium units and 7 single family homes with an additional 35,000 sq. ft. of retail space and approximately 35,000 sq. ft. of restaurant & banquet facilities. The entire complex is being constructed over a 260 car underground parking garage. Located on property designated as "an area in need of redevelopment" by the municipality and entirely contained both the Redevelopment Plan and the Historic District Guidelines. The design solution seeks to restore the "North End" of Ocean Grove to its historic place and the center for activity along the Boardwalk.
