Shore Point Architecture provided architectural design services for the conversion of three dilapidated boarding houses into a new 22 unit, 5 story condominium development in the National Historic District of Ocean Grove. Shore Point Architecture secured all of the required approvals from the Township and the Historic Preservation Commission for this complicated conversion project. Due to historic district constraints, the reconstruction was accomplished without removing any of the existing construction. The new units range from 1,100 to 2,400 square feet and feature up to 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. All units have exterior porches and terraces affording ocean views.
