Shore Point Architecture provided architectural design services for this new 1,800 square foot "Queen Anne" Victorian located in the National Historic District of Ocean Grove. Great care was taken to maintain the streetscape with the new porch heights corresponding to adjacent porches. In traditional Ocean Grove Victorian style, the first floor porch roof was "pented". To create verticality and provide ocean views, an octagonal tower was featured on the front elevation. The color scheme was selected from a historically correct color palette.
