Shore Point Architecture, P.A. was retained by the Owner of a 1980 vintage office building which had become completely vacant to update and bring new life to both the exterior and interior public spaces of this two-story, 29,000 sf structure. The exterior design solution included adding metal siding to cover approximately 50% of the existing split faced block facade. Near the Front Entrance, stainless steel tiles were utilized to create a focal point. New signage was also provided. On the interior, the Lobby was refinished and outdated railings on the open stair were replaced with a clean cable-rail system to reinforce the new image. Shore Point Architecture, P.A. has also provided interior tenant fit-out design for all of the new medical tenants in the building.
