Shore Point Architecture provided architectural design services for a series of "prototype" designs with numerous optional features for this 34 home waterfront development on Beaver Dam Creek in Brick, New Jersey. Each "prototype" house design included dozens of optional features enabling purchasers to customize the "prototypes" to suit their specific needs. The houses range from 4,500 to well over 5,700 square feet and each has over 100 linear feet of bulkhead and a private dock in the rear yard.
